Mastery of Well-Being

By Anthony Neale

Why is my well-being important? Today, I’ll discuss why it matters and cover three key points. First, I’ll explore the consequences of neglecting well-being. Then, I’ll share the three steps to achieve well-being mastery. Lastly, I’ll delve into maintaining that mastery.

Let’s start by understanding what constitutes well-being. Consider your environment. Is it nurturing or toxic? Are you making excuses or too busy? Do non-nurturing habits or self-doubt hinder you? These factors can weaken your immune system, leading to weight gain, fatigue, and unhappiness.

The Role of Spiritual Care in Stress Management

By Chap. Prof. Matthew Ngobua

Spiritual care is essential for holistic care, targeting the body, soul, and human spirit. Just as the body and emotions can be injured, the human spirit can also suffer. To truly heal from stress, it is crucial to address spiritual issues alongside physical and psychological factors.

Developing Mindfulness, Compassion, and Self-Compassion

By Alysha Powell

Hello, everyone! I’m Alysha Powell, joining you from Southeastern America. Today, we’ll be discussing how to cultivate greater mindfulness, compassion, and self-compassion.

Let’s begin by understanding compassion. It’s about empathizing with the suffering and misfortunes of others. Remember when Jesus was asked about the greatest commandment? He said to love God with all our heart, mind, and soul, and to love our neighbors as ourselves. This means that loving ourselves is just as important as loving others.

The Benefits of Letting Go on Well-Being

By Seetha Sagaran

Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to Professor Jude and our GYMHA team for having me here today. Before I dive into the topic, I would like to acknowledge and pay my respects to the Aboriginal peoples of Australia, the traditional custodians of this land.

Now, let’s talk about the importance of letting go. Why is it so crucial? Allow me to share a personal story. Years ago, I went through a traumatic crisis that had a profound impact on me.

Music Therapy

By Dr. (hc) Roshan Mansukhani

Zoom glitches have become a common occurrence, but instead of dwelling on them, we should accept that these things happen. Just like music therapy helps us navigate different situations and develop resilience, we need to embrace it. While music relaxes us, music therapy listens to us. They may seem similar, but there’s a crucial distinction.

Actualize your dreams with SMART ENOUGH TO BE STUPID

“Your real job in life is to figure out as soon as possible what that is, who you are meant to be, and begin to honour your calling in the best way possible”.

As quoted by Oprah Winfrey, If you’re breathing, you have a contribution to make to our human community. The real work of your life is to figure out your function- your path in the whole-as soon as possible, and then get along the business of fulfilling it as only you can. What I know for sure: There is no greater gift you can give or receive than to honour your calling. It’s why you were born. And how you become most truly alive.

“We’re all called. If you’re here breathing, you have a contribution to make.”
