Emotional Intelligence is the ability to understand one’s own feelings and that of those around them. It provides insight on how emotions influence motivation and behaviour. It helps better understand concepts of self-awareness and self-management that lead to greater control of actions and emotions and overall positive impact on personal and professional life.

Emotions play avital role in the productivity of an individual in the workspace as it helps the individual identify, understand and react adequately towards various stressors in the work space. Emotional intelligence, also known as emotional quotient (EQ) is an individual’s ability to identify, understand and manage the emotions of self and others.

This course will equip learners with practical life skills such as: identification, assimilation, management and positive reaction to various stressors. This cause will lead you to self-awareness in the cooperate space. This will lead you to increased productivity and improved performance.
